Check out these local authors to find a series you’ll love, some Carolina classics, and some upcoming new-releases!

Mary Alice Monroe

Award-winning author and conservationist Mary Alice Monroe has written dozens of books that speak to the beautiful and changing Charleston landscape. Her novels focus on the fragility of the environment and its parallels to the lives of locals.
